That's where we come in, we handle all of the "heavy lifting" for you.  We pride ourselves on "pre-underwriting" your file, making sure that we have reviewed every detail of your transaction and anticipate any possible questions by the final underwriter.  This makes your process faster and easier than any bank could ever offer. 

Once we get all of your loan docs, we will submit your loan to one of our preferred lenders and keep you updated along the way.
